Shipping and Return Policy
We value your business and want to ensure that you have a positive customer experience when you purchase from us.
Shipping costs are included with your purchase and will be shipped out within 3-5 days business days. Please allow extra time to be delivered to you.
Products are custom-made and printed to order, we are not able to accept returns unless the product was damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. This business will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses, order mistakes on your end, or undeliverable mail & packages. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Change or Cancel a Recent Order
Because each item is custom-made and printed to order, orders can only be changed/canceled before 11:59 pm CST the day the order was placed.
